TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern your use of POWERLIKE and the purchase of services offered through our website. POWERLIKE is operated by STEMA GROUP LLC.
By accessing the website or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. SERVICES
POWERLIKE provides digital marketing and social media growth-related services, including subscription plans and optional add-on services.
Services are digital and do not involve shipment of physical products unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including contact information, account details, usernames, or other information required to deliver the selected service.
You must have the right and authority to request services for any social media account or page you provide to us.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscription services may be offered on weekly, monthly, or annual billing cycles.
Unless cancelled before the next renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing frequency and price displayed at checkout.
Customers may manage or cancel subscriptions through the available subscription management portal or by contacting us at marketing@powerlike.it.
4. 3-DAY FREE TRIAL
A 3-day free trial applies only to offers specifically identified as including a “3 Day Free Trial.”
If a trial subscription is not cancelled before the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically begin billing according to the price and billing frequency shown when the customer enrolled.
Normal weekly, monthly, and annual subscription purchases that do not specifically state that they include a free trial are charged according to the terms shown at checkout.
5. ONE-TIME PURCHASES AND ADD-ONS
Certain services and add-ons may be available as either a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription.
A one-time purchase is charged once and does not automatically renew.
If a customer selects a subscription option, recurring billing applies according to the frequency shown at checkout.
6. PAYMENTS
Customers authorize POWERLIKE and its payment service providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for all amounts due under the chosen purchase or subscription option.
Prices, taxes, and applicable fees will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Subscription cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically refund payments that have already been processed.
Refund requests are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
8. SERVICE DELIVERY
Because our services are digital, processing or delivery may begin shortly after an order is placed.
Delivery times may vary depending on the service purchased, information supplied by the customer, third-party platform availability, and other operational factors.
9. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
POWERLIKE is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or other third-party social media platforms unless expressly stated.
Customers remain responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and rules of the platforms they use.
10. NO GUARANTEE OF SPECIFIC RESULTS
While POWERLIKE provides the services described at the time of purchase, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, follower behavior, engagement levels, algorithmic placement, Explore-page placement, or other outcomes controlled by third-party platforms or their users.
11. PROHIBITED USE
Customers may not use our services for unlawful activities, fraud, harassment, impersonation, infringement of third-party rights, or any activity that violates applicable law.
We may refuse or discontinue services where reasonably necessary to address suspected misuse, legal requirements, or platform restrictions.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website and services may rely on third-party providers, including Shopify, payment processors, subscription-management providers, and social media platforms.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or other actions taken independently by third-party services.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STEMA GROUP LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. CHANGES TO SERVICES OR TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on the website.
Changes will not remove rights that customers have under applicable law.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply based on the customer's location.
